FRC group training

What to expect

Our Functional Range Conditioning® (FRC)–based courses are designed to help participants build usable mobility, joint resilience, and body awareness in a structured, supportive group environment.

Class format

  • Group-based classes led by Dr. Tyler Lomnicki, DC, FRCms

  • 1 to 1.5 hours per session

  • Up to 14 attendees per class to ensure quality instruction and coaching

  • $65 per participant

Each class blends education, controlled movement, and progressive joint-specific work. While class content may vary from session to session, all courses are rooted in the principles of Functional Range Conditioning®, emphasizing controlled strength at end ranges of motion.

Course progression

  • Participants are encouraged to begin with the Introductory/Foundations Course to establish a strong foundation and understand key concepts

  • Starting with the intro course is recommended, but not mandatory

  • More advanced classes build upon these fundamentals with increased complexity and intensity

What to bring

  • Water

  • Yoga mat (if you have one)

  • Yoga block (if you have one)

  • Comfortable athletic clothing, similar to what you’d wear for a weight training or workout session

Footwear

  • Shoes will be off for the duration of class

  • Participants may wear socks or go barefoot, based on comfort and preference

Who these classes are for

  • The current course schedule is geared toward athletes ranging from middle school through high school and college age

  • Future classes will be expanded to accommodate other age groups and non-athlete populations

Whether your goal is improved performance, injury resilience, or better long-term joint health, these classes are designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward with intention and control.
