Dr. Sunni Lomnicki
Chiropractor, Certified Medical Acupuncturist
Dr. Sunni graduated Summa Cum Laude and as Valedictorian of her class from the National University of Health Sciences in 2013. She returned to her hometown of Minster in January 2014 to join her father’s practice, where she continues to care for the community she grew up in.

She is board-certified in medical acupuncture and a Fellow of the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture (F.I.A.M.A.). Acupuncture is incorporated alongside chiropractic care to support a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to treatment.

Dr. Sunni is full-spine certified in Cox® Technic and has completed advanced training in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Motion Palpation, Kinesio Taping, and Lower Extremity Active Release Technique® (ART). These evidence-based techniques are used to individualize care and address each patient’s specific needs.

She has a long-standing interest in pediatric and maternal care that began during chiropractic school, where she completed over 100 hours of advanced training in these areas. Dr. Sunni is certified in the Webster Technique through the ICPA and has additional training in CranioSacral Therapy (CST), the TummyTime! Method®, tethered oral tissues, primitive reflex integration, and cranial adjusting. With more than a decade in clinical practice, she has supported mothers and infants through pregnancy, postpartum, and early development—experience that continues to grow through her own journey as a mother of three.

Dr. Sunni also has a special interest in caring for runners, informed by her background as a competitive athlete. She competed at the NCAA Division I level at the University of Notre Dame, where she earned All-American honors. Her experience with running-related injuries helped shape her clinical approach, and she now enjoys helping runners recover, move efficiently, and return to the sport they love.

She and her husband, Dr. Tyler, live in Minster, Ohio, with their three daughters.
