Functional Range Conditioning
Group training for functional mobility and joint health
These FRC®-based functional mobility group classes are designed to improve joint health, movement control, and long-term physical resilience through a structured, evidence-informed approach. These small-group classes apply principles from Functional Range Conditioning® (FRC®) - a training system used by professional sports organizations worldwide, and functional anatomy to help participants move better, reduce injury risk, and build usable strength at their end ranges of motion.

Unlike traditional stretching, yoga, or generic mobility classes, these sessions focus on active mobility, joint-specific control, and progressive loading—key components for maintaining healthy movement across the lifespan.

Key areas addressed throughout the classes include:

-
Joint-specific mobility and control for the spine, hips, shoulders, and extremities
-
End-range strength development to improve durability and reduce injury risk
-
Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs) to maintain and restore joint capacity
-
Improved movement efficiency for sport, training, and daily activities
-
Strategies to address stiffness, asymmetry, and movement limitations
-
Scalable progressions appropriate for both active individuals and those managing pain or prior injury

Classes are delivered in a guided group setting, allowing participants to receive expert coaching while benefiting from a structured, repeatable format. Each session emphasizes quality of movement, intent, and individual capacity—making the program appropriate for athletes looking to get the most out of their training and sports.
